We need to get our terms right -- as an SSD and HDD are totally different devices -- there is no such thing as an SSD Hard Drive.
Your PC came with a standard 3.5 inch HDD -- and any SATA SSD will have the same power and data connectors, so can be used to replace that.
But I have not heard of any SSDs larger than 2TB.
Also, 2TB drives can be formatted MBR, but an 8TB drive would have to be formatted GPT -- and that would prevent you cloning the old drive to the new one.
