New HP Envy Phoenix desktop warranty expired on day of registration

Product Name: 810-300A, J1G03AA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi,

I bought this new desktop from Futu_Online. When I registered with HP and checked the warranty status, it said warranty had expired.

 

I then sent a warranty dispute with a copy of the invoice to HP, but no response from HP.

 

Hopefully I can get some help here from this forum.

 

Much appreciated.

If this is a new desktop, give it a few days. The warranty expiration information should update.

Thanks for the reply.

 

Yes, it is a new desktop and I have given it a few weeks already and the warranty info still says expired.
