Welcome to the HP Forum.
I can't say if a 0xc0000094 error refers to a failing system drive or a bad storage device.
You would normally see an on screen system drive error when you start the PC. And Windows will normally not run if the Windows boot loader is cooked.
Can you provide some context to this error message? A screenshot or what you are doing when you get this error.
It could be a Windows error.

Bill, thank you for your response. I am trying to run an old gcard game software programme which fails to load. I will try and load a copy of the error log.

Thanks Bill.
I thought the same as you and spoke with the games Company and they sent me a fresh CD.
So both CD's produce the same outcome. My old computer (Windows 10 ) allowed the programme to load correctly.
