I accidentally installed windows 10 over my pre-installed version of windows 10 because Microsoft customer support told me to because windows said it needed to be repaired, so now I have a non-activated version of Windows 10 so I want to know how I could get it back

Hi:

 

Use the HP cloud recovery tool that will create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
