Hey , so I have this HP desktop and I’ve had it for 3 years now . I bought it for my girlfriend when we lived together for work but we went out separate ways . I still have the computer but I don’t know the pin and I just want to create an account so I can be able to use it . Anyone knows how to help me with that problem ?

Hi:

See if the PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with the PC.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility.  You will need to have access to another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media.

This will factory reset the PC and you will lose all data currently installed on the hard drive.
