Product: Hp pavilion 7855

Why does everything.have to be so complicated these days can't even buy anything anymore that doesn't have some kind of problem we need to get out of these products coming from China and other places that don't have quality control sick of junk!!!

The forum needs more information.

 

You could have a faulty device. Take it back to the retailer. Do a refund or an exchange.

 

Maybe you have to set Power Options in Control Panel so the PC does not prematurely enter sleep.
