I just installed and replaced my old NVME SSD drive with a new one called the “WD Blue SN570” and it was successful but then after I tried to turn on my laptop it showed “No Bootable Device” on the Dell Support Assist and is forcing me to shut down, I’ve tried looking everywhere to find a way to fix it but it looks way different then my “No Bootable Device” can someone help me please!

Hi

Did you use disk imaging/cloning software such as Macrium Reflect free to image or clone the existing disk image to the new drive before installing the new drive.

"No bootable device" means no operating system on the disk or the BIOS does not see the disk. Or a brand new disk needs to be initialized in Disk Management before it can be seen by the operating system. This would have to be done with both the OS disk installed and the new disk installed as a data disk.

You need to copy or clone the boot disk image from the current SSD to the new SSD before replacing the factory SSD with the new SSD.
