My monitor’s screen arrived cracked.  I have been trying to reach customer service for 3 weeks.  The site is under construction.  The robot couldn’t help.  I spoke with someone in sales.  They agreed to transfer the call but disconnected me.  My warranty will run out it one week.  I don’t know where to turn.

You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding Holidays & Weekends). 

 

Response times may vary by region. 

 

Please send us a Private Message, if you aren't contacted within 4-5 business days.  

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (such as serial numbers and case details).

NO ONE CONTACTED ME. I SENT YOU A MESSAGE ASKING HOW TO SEND YOU A PRIVATE MESSAGE LIKE YOU REQUESTED.  I THINK I AM PURPOSEFULLY BEING IGNORED SO MY WARRANTY WOULD RUN OUT.
