Product: OMEN 25L Desktop PC GT12-1000a (ID 1Z1C0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I updated Windows earlier today, during the restart the BIOS was also updated. After this update the PC would not output anything to my monitors and both the keyboard and mouse don't appear to be working. 

I have tried creating a recovery drive but once the driver is dowloaded it does not open the BIOS update and recovery utility,

Any suggestions? The support line is currently closed.

Nope, HP won't allow me to chat as I bought it from a third party retailer. I have to wait til tomorrow for their helpline to open back up.
