I purchased the HP Pavillion desktop 590 12/10/19. The system failed yesterday. Won’t reset, restore, total nothing. I typed my serial number on the HP website for warranty and it states warranty expired. How can that be?

@NinaWagz,

I have noticed an HP moderator to assist you.  Reply is usually within 36 hours.

As you did not state the exact model number, I need to tell you the issue.

The HP 590 series models were released starting in early 2018.  What you bought was an NOS.  That stands for New Old Stock.  Store cleared out the inventory, and you got it. Nothing wrong, all you need is Proof of Purchase like a dated invoice or such.
