How do I download the image recovery software?

HP no longer supports your PC with the cloud recovery software since it is more than 5 years old.

 

If you want the original HP factory software image, the only place I know of where you can get it would be from this vendor at the link below:

 

Computer Surgeons - Windows 10 Home M Recovery Kit Part Number 941113-001 For DT PC Model Number 870...

 

Otherwise, you can reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
