In my PC there is no feature like Performance control in the Omen Gaming Hub 
My PC is HP Pavillion Gaming 15 
How to add this feature in my PC???

I see that you are facing an issue with your PC.

 

Uninstall the HP omen gaming hub and restart your PC.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to install the app again and let me know if that resolves the issue.
