I have an Omen PC that was bit locked and don't have the key. It was then Formatted which caused it to lose everything including the drivers and OS Key. Is there a way I can repurchase the OS Key and install it on the omen PC and do I have to buy a new SSD? This was a pre-built pc.

HP does not sell of otherwise provide OEM keys, so the answer to that question is no.
What you MIGHT be able to do is use the HP Cloud Recovery tool to create an OEM Windows installation USB stick and if you reinstall using that, it should reactivate with no issue.
If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.
The recovery drive can then be used to install Windows and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
You will need a working PC and a 32GB USB stick to hold the recovery files. Here is the link:
