Purchased AIO CB1155M from Amazon on 2023/02/11, I have the sales receipt. When I checked the warranty status today, 2023/07/25, I see where I only had one month of coverage from Start date: May 29, 2022 through End date: June 22, 2023. Since I only purchase it in February, why am I only given 1 month of warranty instead of 12 months? Can you correct this please?
BTW your Board selection does not cover a warranty question. Why is that?

2nd Submittion, your solution was NOT a solution. All the "Dispute Warranty Status" menu did was to loop back and circle around but never let me file a dispute. So here we go again.
1st My problem is NOT listed in the Problem Description Selection.
I purchased my AIO on 2023/02/11 from Amazon. When I went to verify the warranty date coverage, it said:
Expired Factory warranty, Start date: May 29, 2022, End date:June 22, 2023
Please correct this to reflect my purchase date of February 11, 2023.

AFTER the Product Number entry, there was no "Still need help". But I managed to get to the HP Contacts, then selected "Out of Warranty Support". But it sent me to a Tech Support phone number. Look, it's real simple. I have the Invoice. The purchase date for February 11, 2023. All I'm asking is that the one year warranty be honored and that my warranty termination date will be February 11, 2024. Would you like a copy of the sales invoice? I'm getting ready to purchase another computer. Your customer service response and action may be a determining factor.
your website is running me in circles. I can NOT find the complaint web page.
Send me the web address for the complaint page please.
