Opening an app/file causes hang and sometimes it is keeps everything not responding

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please help me I don't know what to do anymore. I keep on trying to run Disk Cleanup, Defrag, or  AV Scan but any of it cannot be performed because it usually in 'not responding' state if opened/run until the computer is completely hanging and not functioning.


I've done HP HDD Diagnostics all passed except for:

Short DST Check: failed

Failure ID: 0UE45X-000A65-NH137F-60US03

Product Name: HP ProDesk 600 G2 DM
