Operating system function problem they are not working properly and also disk error comes frequently. Operating system stuck in loop.

It sounds like a failing hard disk. Save off what you need then try to test the drive. If you go to the device support page it will show you how to test the drive at startup /setup.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZqzhJ7kawo
