Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is not a question, it's an answer.

After installing my new printer, I started having problems with both Outlook and Zoom not remembering passwords. Every time I rebooted and started Outlook or Zoom, they would require me to enter my password again, despite my checking the box for them to save my password.

Very frustrating, and I couldn't easily find any solution using google, but finally today I found the solution. It turns out that a scheduled task from HP was causing the problem. In my case, it was called  "HPCustParticipation HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series." All I had to do was go to task scheduler, find that task, and disable it. Your task may be called something different. To find out, go to the link below, which includes the powershell command that will tell you any tasks you may have that need to be disabled.
