HP Pavilion 24-xa All-in-One Desktop PC (5KF25AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

PC hangs frequently, sometimes BSoD showing Drive IRQ not less or equal: amdppm.sys

Sometimes other sys files

Sometimes stays on BSoD, sometimes reboots immediately.

Most frequently PC just hangs with no BSoD or other diagnostic.

I have tried several of the recommended actions and verified that drivers are up to date.

Hardware diagnostics don't detect any issues.

This PC never had this problem with Win 10. Now it can happen several times per hour.

Looking around at that error message, some users have found that preventing the processor speed from changing solves the problem.

Here is a typical solution for amdppm.sys

Try that.  What other error messages show up?
