What's the full model number of your PC?

You either need to install the Intel AMT LMS_SOL for the version AMT for Microsoft Windows 7 your PC comes with, or the Intel Management Engine Interface driver.

I can post the link to the exact driver you need if you provide the model number of your PC.

Post the hardware ID for the device that needs the driver.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:

OK, so follow the instructions on the link I posted to give me the hardware ID for the device so I can figure out what driver it needs, because the one I gave you is not the right one for a PCI Device.

The name is not enough.

The hardware ID looks something like this:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2723&SUBSYS_00848086&REV_1A
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2723&SUBSYS_00848086
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2723&CC_028000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2723&CC_0280
