I've been having a number of green screen crashes and just want to talk to HP's online support but for some reason even with the payment information for my warranty sent in repeatedly they won't update the warranty and I can't get any help.

 If I try twitter support they just keep bouncing me around and there's no help for either the warranty or the machine. Does anyone know of a number to call or anything? I feel like just throwing another 100+ dollars at them since they just took the last 100+ seems a foolish idea and the email link to update my information hasn't worked yet.

Did you activate your warranty Care Pack?   You have to activate the care pack to get proper support outside the normal warranty period that comes with the computer or device.

I did. I have a case now after repeated attempts so I'm hoping for a resolution. I'll close this after they close the case, regardless how they decide. It's been a fairly disappointing experience overall, but hopefully there will be a resolution soon.
