I have just purchased a refurbished 

HP Desktop Computer PC i5, up to 32GB RAM, 4TB SSD, 24" LCDs, Windows 11 or 10

From a company on ebay that goes by the name tech leaf. I tried to get into the computer and it states my pass word is incorrect. I did not put a pass word in so after explaining this to the seller they are saying they can't do anything to help me.

Anyone able to help me out so I can use this computer?

Then, return it to them for a refund because we can't do anything for you, either.

 

I wish we could help you -- but we're not allowed to, since we have no way from here to verify ownership of any computer.
