HP Pavilion Desktop - 570-p033w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer install an update by it self during the night and when I start to use it in the morning, it does not recognize my password. The only way I found to fix is restart with shift key pressed and on advanced menu perform a system restore. I cannot find a way to stop this update. Does anybody knows what is going on please? Thanks.

for sure can not see your screen and what is there, PW and all other there. (4 years old PC max)

so do you reach the W10 login screen or not?

if not that is BIOS password, surely you did not activate that right?

hold the power button in for 10 seconds and release fix this>

does,  boot cold 3 times make w10 , do self repair mode??  if windows is failing IDK what is.

I say cold boot  it 3 times or more to get windows, to do self corrections.

NO warranty answers by me.

Hi. I have the login screen and I enter my regular password. Windows says "incorrect password. Please use password recover disk"
