Pavilion 22xi screen yellow banding and blank screen

Example: Pavilion 22xi
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This desktop screen is blanking out frequently and when it is working it shows yellow banding. Is it worth investing in a new power cable or similar or has it had its day?

I recommend you update the graphics driver on your computer and check whether the issue is resolved.
