On my Pavilion is blank sceen, he is turned on, Caps Lock blink 2 times☝️🤔, but i cannot "turn on" screen? Thanks!!

That is not a lot of information. If the lamp blinks, then electrical power is reaching your computer.

So, which of the following components could be causing your issue:

  • power-supply inside the computer
  • motherboard
  • processor
  • cable between your computer and your external monitor
  • your monitor
  • broken on/off switch on your monitor
