Product: HP Z4 G4 Workstation IDS Base Model

I'm attempting to prepare a USB recovery disk and it seems to be stuck. It has been going for over 4 hours with no discernable progress. It looks like it did download an .exe file to my computer already. Should I wait or is it probably stuck forever? See picHP Image.jpg

4hrs ? It should not take that long. Please start over again, which Windows is that ?
