Product: Example: Pavilion 110-401
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Problem Description: I was not provided with Win8 pro CD along with the System at the Time of Purchase .it was a cracked version of the Win8 OS which put me in fix since I need a Win8 CD to Refresh the OS becausee I dont want to Upgrade to Win10 now. Also please look into "Parts and Materials" Option of Product details and please list the details of the items covered under that category.
