Buongiorno,
Scrivo in seguito a un problema riscontrato con il mio pc hp Pavilion numero di serie: [Personal Information Removed]. é comparso un paio di giorni fa il ripristino automatico, ho provato a seguire un po' di indicazioni per evitare il ripristino, nessuna delle quali ha funzionato.
Ho deciso di fare il ripristino ma a un certo punto dà errore e non riesce neanche a ripristinare interamente il pc
Cosa è possibile fare in questi casi affinché si sblocchi la situazione e tornare a utilizzare il computer?

Hi:
The PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W11, the drivers and the software that originally came with the PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility: You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

Since you have to use another PC to install the tool on, you will need to enter the product number for your PC to create the recovery media, which is: 1AN50EA#ABZ
