HP Pavillon 20 all in one PC

I have had this HP for a while, came with windows 8 or 8.1, up graded to windows 10 & I hate it, want to go back to 8.1, but I don't know where to find the product key.  Checked the back of computer, not there.  Help, where do I go in the computer to find it or any info on how to find it??    Thanks

There are software packages that do this, of course.

If the machine is operational,

Admin command prompt window > then grab the information

Windows key + X + (then) A  (admin cmd prompt)

wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey

Another Product key finder program:

and

If your computer came with Windows 10, your product is keyed in the BIOS.

You don't need to know the key to load the Windows 10 OS.

If you want to the key, "Get" the Showkey Plus Application from the Microsoft Store.
