Product: HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-2000a (2Z6C9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased these new HP Pavilion systems and upon initial bootup the setup wants me to connect them to the Internet to continue.  These systems absolutely cannot be connected to the Internet ever.  Is there a way for me to continue setup without connecting them to the Internet?
