Product Number: LV419PA#AB2

Error message: Spotcode: Video TDR Failure

Software installation:  Was downloading Google chrome and was asked for my gmail account, i was trying to do that before it developed the blue screen issues.

Hi Lawrencedivine,

 

Sounds like the graphics driver had some issues and timed out during the install. See this Microsoft Forums post about it:
