I have the same problem with win 7 64 bit, usb 3.0 ports not working (usb 2 ports are fine) I went to the Intel site but could not find my chipset Intel 7 Series C216. The computer is a HP Pavilion HPE h9-1215t Phoenix CTO Desktop PC. Sorry to be a pest,

I'm 73 yrs old and my brain has not worked 100% since losing my wonderful wife to cancer a few months back. Help please. I await your reply...

Jim

Hi:

You need this USB 3 driver from your PC's support page...

This package provides the driver update for the Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller solutions in supported models that are running a supported operating system.
