Product: Envy 23 Touchsmart
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
I noticed this problem while running Windows 10 so I used my recovery disks to reset the computer. After installation the problem is still there.
I open Disk Manager. In the top frame "The Recovery Image (D:)" appears twice. In the top one the "File System" is empty. All of the rest of the information in both copies is the same. In the second frame the "Recovery Image (D:)" only appears once.
