Hi:

 

You should be able to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.

You can see if your PC is supported by the cloud recovery tool at the link below...

If you have already tried that and you are still getting the message, then you can clean install W10 as follows...

 

Make bootable W10 installation media using the Media creation tool at the link below.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

The windows product key is in the BIOS, so Windows will automatically find it and install.

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
