Does the CMOS jumper sit over 3 pins in a row, connecting #1 to #2?

Move the jumper to connect #2 to #3.

After a few seconds, move the jumper to connect #1 to #2.

Give it a try.

Please access: http://support.hp.com

Enter your model-number, and do a search.

Pick the "downloads" result from the search.

You should be able to download a "repair" manual, which, hopefully, tells you the exact procedure, which may involve booting the computer with that jumper removed to force the "reset".

Good luck.

I didnt find the driver/repair manual which could tell me how to reset password, but i found 2 programs which would do that:

1. http://whp-hou9.cold.extweb.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71001-71500/sp71294.exe

2. http://www.driverguide.com/driver/company/Hewlett_Packard_HP/BIOS-Motherboard/index.html

Im sorry, i tried to find that manual on official page but i failed.
