hello,I reseted my laptop and wiped it completely,after then restarting and getting the computers network done,it then brings me to a account tab and has one text entry box stating “WELCOME TO MAERSK GROUP enter your maersk group email” I donnot know what to do and I’ve tried using my Microsoft email and everything,could someone help? It doesn’t give me any other option

Looking to see what that might mean, it seems that PC came from a corporate environment.  Not sure what you mean with this "getting the computers network done" but that also tends to make be believe you are part of a corporate environment.

If that is the case, then it also means you booted-up into a network system and not an independent PC.

Please explain what you have done in more detail and what you are trying to accomplish and just how you reset this laptop.  If it was wiped completely, in order to boot up you would need Windows install media and to reinstall Windows. So something is being left out.
