How do I resolve the CMOS 502 error? It just cycles back to a back screen with the error message.

Following the Maintenance and Service Guide :

 

(1) RTC (realtime clock) battery should be checked/replaced

 

Page 29 Component replacement procedures

(2) Notebook <internal battery> should be checked/replaced
