HP Z2 Tower G9 Workstation Desktop PC (4Y0H8AV)

Hi
I have just bought a Z2 G9. I loaded software onto it. AutoCAD REvit and 3DS MAX. Revit won't start.

The support from Autodesk had a look and said that i need to get it restored to factory settings because he thinks that OS is corrupt.

I'm not very technical as you can tell from this post - Can someone tell me how to go about doing this please?

Thanks
Glyn

That advice is very suspect.   I assume you got the latest updates to 11 when you first turned on the system.

If you have old versions that are designed for windows 10 or earlier then it is possible to downgrade from 11 to 10 but not any older.

I recommend you register over at the autodesk forums and ask for help.
