Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, 

 

I want to fully recover my laptop back to it's factory settings. I am not sure if it will go back to it's Omen gaming settings and programs or just a regular HP  laptop. Can anyone help me to either tell me how it works or tell me if it is possible?

Your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

 

The recovery media the tool creates is supposed to return your notebook's drive to its 'out of the box' condition.

 

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Support

 

You can download the cloud recovery tool from the Microsoft Store.

 

HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Microsoft Apps

 

If you have to use a different PC to create the recovery media with, you will have to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window.

 

Your PC's product number is 1VQ26EA#ABH
