HP All-in-One PC 22-dd0000a (7WY46AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Computer worked fine until a day ago. Now it's slow, will not operate Outlook, does not connect to most websites. What happened? I've restored it, also reset it. Nothing helps so far. Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out.

To troubleshoot this issue, kindly try the steps below:

1-Perform a clean boot and disable non-Microsoft services:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows-da2f9573-6eec-00ad-...
After that check to see if the issue still persists or not. If the issue is fixed, do the same procedure and re-enable the services one by one until you find the service that causes the issue.

2-Press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC to open Task Manager > Process tab > Search for Windows Explorer and Restart it.

3-Start your computer in Safe mode and check to see if the issue still persists or not:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-your-pc-in-safe-mode-in-windows-10-92c27cff-db89-8...

4-Use System File Checker:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/using-system-file-checker-in-windows-365e0031-36b1-6031-...

5-If the issue still persists, perform an in-place upgrade:
