Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi can anyone help? Every time I'm signing into windows on my profile I get this error code come up 080070005 it also states your pc is not online even though it is. I have tried a number of fixes listed on youtube etc yet am still getting this, if I sign into my partners profile it doesn't happen..! "I'm kinda baffled here..!
