Hi,
You should provide a product number (Link) for your PC. The Forum can review the hardware you have.
Your hardware may be the problem.
You should talk to your employer's Tech Support for minimum hardware requirements needed to run the software.
Regards

@Raul1480 -- the image that you posted is produced by Windows Update.
It tells you how to run an app that will diagnose your computer, to see if it will be compatible with Windows 11. If your computer is not compatible, you can continue to use Windows 10 until October 2025.
At that time, purchase a new computer.
Meanwhile, open the Windows "Task Manager", and switch to its "Performance" tab.
View the percent-busy of your CPU, the percent-usage of your RAM, and the input/output rate of your disk-drive.
Minimize this window.
Launch your "new" program, and use it for a while.
Then, "restore" ("un-minimize") the Task Manager window, and check the same values.
Tell us the "before" and "during" values, so that we can see how "slow" your computer is, when running your new program.
