Product: HP Pavilion 590-p0103wb
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When my computer finish loading up and I go to click the start menu it gives me a critical error message "your start menu is currently not working, will try to fix issue when you sign in again" and gives you the only option to sign out now.

I am able to click on some other icons and launch other apps but my start menu is not working. Please help
