This has been going on for 4 or five months now and it's getting old.
My PC will take 2-5 minutes to start up and longer to restart. This occurs before the login screen.
When I first got this PC, it would take 10n seconds to start up.
There are no error messages, nothing.
This started after Windows 11 installed a cumulative update:
2023-02 Cumulative update for Windows version 22H2 for x64 KB5022845.
My factory warranty has expired, and I don't believe I should have to pay anyone to get this fixed.
I've installed HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows.
Any help with this will be appreciated,
James

Hi @JamesJ1
Welcome back.
I got KB5022845 back in late February, 2023. Checked my PC to see if this W11 update could be uninstalled.
Unfortunately, no. So this is a dead end.
Checked for a BIOS update for your PC using product number 2W899AV. The BIOS update SSID 87D6 (Erica3 motherboard) for this product number does not agree with the MB (Erica5, MB SSID 87D7) installed in your PC (look in Motherboard description). So I don't know what is going on?
The correct BIOS update for your PC may fix this problem. I haven't had any problems with KB5022845.
You might want to provide a specific product number to confirm the MB installed in your PC. Or check HP System Information to identify the MB name and MB SSID.
Sorry, this is all I can tell you at this time.
Regards
