Product: Pavilion 6520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Unable to update my Adobe Reader and unable to remove same from memory it was suggested to try remove same in Save mode. Via win screen enabled Save mode and rebooted computer. Now stuck in Save mode asking for my password and every p/w I remember does not work. 

Secondly have win10 on memory stick. Tried to reboot on this but not recognized. So question here is how to enable boot screen to force the reading of win10 program?
