Hi:

Your PC may be supported by the HP cloud recovery client utility.

If it is, you can make a bootable USB recovery drive to reinstall W10 and the drivers and software that came with your PC.

Here is a link for how to use that utility.   You will need to have access to another working Windows PC to create the recovery drive.

If for some reason your PC is not supported by this software, or it doesn't work, you can always clean install W10 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive using the Media creation tool at the link below.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

You're very welcome.

If your PC has a DVD drive, you should be able to install W10 with the DVD you have.

In order to boot from a DVD, you have to go into the BIOS and change two settings.

See this link for the settings to change...

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03659945

After you change the settings, have the W10 DVD in the drive, turn on or restart the PC.

Tap the ESC key immediately at the beginning of the HP welcome screen to get the menu of options.

Select the F9 boot options menu, and from that, select the Legacy DVD drive and press the Enter key.

The PC should boot from the W10 DVD.

Bear in mind that the OEM WIndows DVD will NOT install any of the pre-loaded HP Software or Drivers.

If you want it restored to an 'out of box' state, then you'll need to do the USB as Paul stated above.
