T520 Thin Client connecting to StoreFront Error

I am getting 'A general system error has occurred. Please start the unit and try again.  if the error persists please contact hp support with the error details below

Exit Code 1


when i try to connect to citrix storefront using the storefront connection on the thin client.

it only works if i change the connection to PNAgent.

this issue is affecting all thin clients.

they were working fine up until a week ago using the storefront connection.

No changes were made to the citrix environment.

Has anybody come across this issue ?
