HP Pavilion 300-030nl Mini Desktop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

At the end of 2016 I upgraded to BIOS version A0.11 Rev.A and from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10.

However the TPM module disappeared from Windows Device Manager and UEFI BIOS Security tab, too.

Since the Home Edition of Windows does NOT support BitLocker, loosing TPM was not an issue in order to use Windows 10 in secure boot mode. However, in this mini PC there was a TPM module version 1.2 made by Infineon and in 2018 HP delivered a firmware in order to upgrade that TPM from version 1.2 to 2.0 which is the minimun standard to install Windows 11.

How do I get back this TPM on AMI BIOS and why it disappeared?

If your PC is 5 years old or older, there is a very good possibility it will not run Win11 for other reasons.

You need to know EVERYTHING that your system lacks for Windows 11, not just TPM or what the MS tool tells you.

Here is a link to a third-party tool that will check all the currently known requirements for Windows 11 and tell you what fails on your PC: https://github.com/rcmaehl/WhyNotWin11/releases

Do NOT try to download this using MS Edge as it flags it as malware -- which it is NOT -- use a different Browser instead.

@WAWood

my PC is based on a Colti Pegatron motherboard running AMI BIOS and manufactured in December 2014, sold in February 2015 on US market and June 2015 on EU market. Apart any geo political issue regarding US and EU import/export policy, my PC passed each test of the only third-party script tool available right now at https://github.com/rcmaehl/WhyNotWin11/releases

except one: TPM chip which disappeared due to HP faulty BIOS on October 2016. This is the problem. Is it clear now?

Is there any chance that HP will deploy a new firmware for my PC in order to re-introduce TPM at BIOS level with version 2 specifications?
