Product: Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (680A5AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

THERE'S AN ISSUE IN BATTERY BACKUP AND THE LAPTOP DIRECTLY GETS POWER OFF AS IT DOES NOT SHOW THE BATTERY PERCENTAGE.  

I AM NOT ABLE TO LOGIN TO MY MICROSOFT OFFICE.MANY TIMES I TRIED TO LOGIN BUT IT ALWAYS SHOWS ERROR OCCURED.

THE SPEAKERS ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY AS IT WAS BEFORE.

KINDLY TAKE THIS CONCERN SERIOUSLY
