Product: HP Spectre Intel Core I5

Hi All,  yes I am not very computer literate but with my old toshiba computer I could download photos from my iphone but guess what new iphone and new (second hand) computer ! so now I am lost.  I have plugged in Iphone, done a itunes back up and when I go into photos on computer click on import it says there is no photos to import.   What am I doing wrong 😞 Any tips Thanks heaps Rach

You would need to contact the Apple Support forums for help in running iTunes under Win10 -- as there may be stuff you have to do to make it work properly.

 

I mention that because with my Samsung Android phone, I have to install drivers from Samsung before Win10 will recognize the phone and permit data transfer to and from it.
