Hi there,

 

I am trying to convert everything from my HP Compaq dc7800 Small Form Factor PC to a Macbook Air, as I do not have the desktop anymore.

 

I thought I could use a HDMI cable to do so, but there is not option for that in the monitor.

 

Just seeing if anyone has any suggestions?

Firstly the HDMI cable for video out, won't work for copy files around. From Windows files to iOS files you need to conver because they use different file formats. Please use the following Guide

 

               Transfer from PC to Mac with Migration Assistant
